Teresa Peres was born and lives in Portugal (in the Lisbon area) and has developed her professional career in top-tier companies in that country, where she stood out for her capacity for strategy, management, planning, negotiation, team leadership, change projects, and the resolution of complex situations, although her main focus has been the development of people and teams.
Training
Teresa is a Business Coach certified by IHCOS (International Humanistic Coaching Society) and the ECA (European Coaching Association). Previously, Teresa obtained the following qualifications:
- Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management / PAHR, from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2001 – 2002)
- Postgraduate in Health & Safety Management, Instituto Piaget (2011 – 2012)
- Degree in Administration, ISLA (1995)

Teresa has solid professional experience of over 30 years working in the areas of Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Administration for multinational companies operating in Portugal, Brazil and Cape Verde, having faced very diverse environments:
- Allied Domecq: Human Resources Manager for 14 years.
- Vestas: People & Culture Manager.
- Sanofi: Human Resources Administration.
Professional responsibilities today
Teresa is founder, CEO and Senior People & Culture Consultant of HR4U, a company that since 2017 has been collaborating with talent wins as representative in Portugal for the implementation of projects aimed at achieving high performance through talent.
She is also the founder of Projeto: Trabalhar (dedicated to the reintegration of unemployed professionals into the Portuguese labour market) and Ambassador, Trainer and Social Consultant for the Manuel Violante Foundation, where she offers support for project development in Portuguese social institutions.
