Career path
Xavier developed an intense professional career spanning 17 years at Equipo Singular, a communication, advertising and public relations agency, where he held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, HR Director and, finally, Managing Director, an experience that gave him a global vision of the company's operations, market dynamics and the opportunities that technology opens up to improve management efficiency:
- Elaboration of the Strategic Plan, defining the key projects to be undertaken by the company and the three-year financial projection.
- Definition and implementation of the organisation's remuneration policy, establishing variable pay and performance evaluation mechanisms to ensure the achievement of the objectives set out in the defined Strategic Plan.
- Functional and organisational development of the Finance Department and the company's management systems (with the implementation of an ERP, a CRM and a Business Intelligence solution).
Professional responsibilities today
Since 2016, Xavier has been a Partner and Director at Talent Wins, taking charge of the company's Administration and Finance, People, and Systems areas, and contributing his expertise in carrying out Recruitment, RPO, HR Advisory, and Employer Branding projects.
