Alba Robinat was born in 1975 in Tàrrega, Lleida, and has spent her entire professional career in Barcelona. She is married and is the mother of a son and a daughter.
Training
She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the European University. She completed an MBA at ESADE Business School and, subsequently, an Executive Master in Digital Business, both including international periods at the University of Illinois and Santa Clara University (USA). In addition, she has participated in IESE's Women and Leadership programme.

Alba worked for more than 20 years in multinationals in the health and FMCG sectors, such as Faes Farma, Laboratorios Diafarm and Nutrition & Santé, in the marketing department, holding positions as Marketing Manager, Group Product Manager and Trade Marketing Manager.
Her career includes diverse contexts:

- Brand launches and product innovation.
- Team leadership and strategic planning.
- Sales network and key account training.
Professional responsibilities today
Since 2023, she has been developing training and coaching projects for companies, focused on leadership, communication, time management and team development. This activity is complemented by individual life coaching processes, supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth.
